Holiday Venice - Italy
Duration: 3 nights/ 4 days
1st day: Venice
Arrival to Venice and transfer by our coach to Jesolo. We stay for the next three nights at our hotel, where we have the accommodation on Half-board and beverage included.
2nd day: Venice
After breakfast we meet our guide and go by bus to Punta Sabbioni. Here we take the ferry-boat to Venice for a guided visit to the city: Piazza San Marco, the famous Palazzo dei Dogi and the bridge “Ponte dei Sospiri”.
We have lunch and in our free afternoon we may have a trip on a “gondola” or walk along the typical “calli” up to the splendid bridge “Ponte di Rialto”.
Then we get back to Punta Sabbioni to reach later our hotel. Dinner and overnight.
3rd day: Venice (the Lagoon Isles)
After breakfast we go to Punta Sabbioni with our tour leader. Through the lagoon natural park, we reach Murano the isle of glass factories. Here we visit a glass-works-factory and see a master-glass-maker at work.
Then we get to Burano the handicraft isle with its very coloured houses.
We have lunch in a typical restaurant in Burano .
In the afternoon we go to Torcello, where it is possible to see the beautiful basilica in Byzantine style, and later we reach Venice. Then back to Punta Sabbioni by boat and we finally get to our hotel. Dinner and overnight.
4th day: Tour ends
After breakfast transfer by our coach to Venice (Mestre) Railway Station or Airport for your flight.
